EUROFAB SOLUTIONS — BELGIUM

Engineered Storage Infrastructure for Low-Temperature Applications

Specialist Engineering. Industrial Manufacturing. Coordinated Project Delivery.

Eurofab Solutions supports cryogenic storage projects through European project coordination, fabrication expertise and collaboration with specialist engineering and technology partners.

Cryogenic storage systems require careful consideration of operating temperature, pressure, material compatibility, thermal insulation, mechanical integrity and applicable safety requirements. Our approach brings together relevant engineering, manufacturing and quality resources to develop equipment packages suited to each application.

Cryogenic Storage Solutions

CAPABILITIES & INTEGRATION

Our Cryogenic Storage Scope

Comprehensive fabricated assemblies, vessel packages, and specialized modules tailored to low-temperature industrial requirements.

Cryogenic Storage Tanks

Project-specific solutions can be evaluated for selected liquefied industrial gases and low-temperature applications. Depending on technical feasibility and the agreed supply model, projects may involve storage tanks, associated vessels and supporting equipment.

Inner & Outer Vessel Fabrication

For applicable double-wall configurations, fabrication of inner and outer vessel components may be included under specialist-approved engineering and manufacturing procedures.

Insulation Systems

Insulation is determined by the medium, conditions and design. Specialist vacuum-insulation or other approved technologies can be incorporated through qualified partners.

Cryogenic Piping & Process Modules

Supporting packages may include insulated piping assemblies, manifolds, fabricated process modules and steel supports.

Supporting Infrastructure

Fabrication can include access platforms, stairs, structural steel, maintenance walkways, pipe supports and loading/unloading structures.

SECTOR VERSATILITY

Potential Applications

  • Hydrogen: Selected liquid-hydrogen storage and associated equipment through appropriately qualified cryogenic specialists.

  • LNG and liquefied fuels: Terminal and handling equipment within the established scope.

  • Industrial gases: Supporting infrastructure for liquid nitrogen, liquid oxygen and related installations.

  • Carbon dioxide: Project-specific liquefied CO2 handling and storage packages.

Important Note: A particular stored medium does not automatically establish Eurofab or Fabmax as the approved designer or manufacturer of its cryogenic containment system. Each application must be confirmed against design codes, competence, approvals and the contractual supply scope.

Engineering & Quality Considerations

Projects are evaluated according to storage capacity, operating temperature and pressure, stored medium, materials, insulation technology, safety systems and project codes. The project may require specialist design validation, pressure-equipment conformity assessment, welding qualifications, nondestructive examination, leak testing, insulation verification and a manufacturing dossier. All technical and regulatory requirements are established for the particular equipment and destination market before a commercial offer is finalized.

A Coordinated Project Model

Eurofab Solutions provides the European customer interface, with fabrication and manufacturing support from Fabmax Enterprises and specialist resources where required. The project may cover engineering coordination, manufacturing, inspection, documentation, packing, delivery and installation support.
